Thai Salad

Green apple – 1/2 cup (chopped finely like matchsticks)

Baby carrots – 1/2 cup (chopped finely like matchsticks)

Thai green chilies – 2 (deseeded and chopped finely like matchsticks)

Cilantro/coriander leaves – 3 stalks (roughly chopped)

Cayenne pepper – 2 pinches

Thai chili sauce – 1 tbsp (this can be substituted with 1 tsp honey)

Peanuts – 1/4 cup (crushed)

Juice of half a lime

Method of Preparation:

Toss all the ingredients together and serve chilled.
