Ingredients
• Potatoes – 3 nos(boiled & mashed)
• Soya chunks(meal maker) – 10 nos
• Onion(large) – 1 no(finely chopped)
• Tomato(chopped) – 1 no
• Green chillies(slit) – 3 nos
• Garlic pods – 4 nos(mashed along with skin)
• Curry leaves – 10 – 12 nos
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Mustard seeds – 1/2 tsp
• Salt – As reqd
• Oil for frying

Preparation Method
• Soak soya chunks in hot water for 10 mins.
• Squeeze out the chunks and peel each into 2 – 3 pieces.
• Heat oil in a frying pan.
• Splutter mustard seeds.
• Add chopped onions, slit green chillies, curry leaves and mashed garlic.
• When onion becomes glossy, add chopped tomatoes.
• When the tomatoes get cooked, mash them with the ladle.
• Add turmeric and salt and mix.
• Add the boiled potatoes and the soya chunks and stir fry, until everything gets fried.:- It would take 7 – 10 mins.
• Remove from stove and transfer to a serving dish.
