• Colacacia – 1/4 kg
• Chilly powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
• Salt – As reqd
• Oil for frying
• Wash well and boil the colacacia.
• Peel the skin off and cut into medium sized pieces.
• Heat oil in a pan.
• Add the boiled colacacia.
• Add the chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt.
• Keep frying, until the colacacia gets a crisp coating.
:- Serve as side dish for any kind of Sambar rice or rasam rice.
:- Can substitute boiled potatoes for colacacia.
